He practices in commercial and real estate law for Benckendorf & Benckendorf, P.C. while also having a passion for residential and commercial real estate investing. Noah is Hometown Title's on staff attorney ready to help our clients and assist in the closing process however necessary.

As a Hometown employee, Deb enjoys working with her knowledgeable colleagues and the smaller office environment. Outside the office, she bakes, gardens, crafts, and spends time with her friends and grand-babies.

One of her more fun jobs was at Hallmark Cards doing department revisions and setting up Christmas in Midwest region stores. If Deb could be anyone for a day, it would be Oprah because "she meets and talks to so many interesting people."

Affectionately referred to as "Title Goddess" by her co-workers, Laura appreciates the friendships she's established at Hometown. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching old movies, and listening to music.

Laura once served as a township tax assessor, but her favorite job was working as a merchandiser for Revlon. One of her favorite quotes is by Bob Dylan: "Inspiration is hard to come by. You have to take it where you can find it!"

Franki enjoys working with her colleagues, who take time to teach and explain things, and she is proud when people say that if they want it done right, they come to us. In her free time, she's all about her grandson. 

Franki says the most interesting job she's had is being a mom, which fills her life with happiness. She also likes gardening and Gone with the Wind, especially the famous Scarlett O'Hara quote, "After all, tomorrow is another day."

"Riveting, challenging, and fun" are the words Brycen uses to describe his role at Hometown. When not assisting our customers with real estate transactions, he enjoys fishing, playing basketball, and watching movies. 

In college, Brycen gained firsthand experience managing budgets and coordinating group activities while serving as his fraternity chapter's treasurer. He would like to be the U.S. President for just one day to "get the scoop on extraterrestrial life."

Lori is a problem resolver whose job is "challenging, absorbing, and gratifying." She finds helping people get to the closing table very rewarding. Outside work, she enjoys watching old movies and being with family. 

A one-time audiology technician, Lori would most like to trade places for a day with Maureen O'Hara, who played opposite some very interesting actors, most notably, John Wayne: "I would love to know what she knows."

A self-described "dream home facilitator," Lynn enjoys being able to help people transition into/out of their homes and share their journey. In her free time, she likes to paint, crochet, and spoil her dogs and granddads. 

Lynn's most unusual job was in agritainment, where she milked goats, chased loose turkeys, and hosted children at a petting zoo. She'd swap places with Ellen Degeneres for a day because of the positive way she's impacted so many lives.

Karen is the one-person dynamo in our Peoria office. She likes the customer and agent contact and appreciates it when they thank her for making the closing process enjoyable. Outside work, she enjoys reading and is a huge country music fan, especially Keith Urban. 

Her favorite quote is from A.A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh: "You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."

Cheryl enjoys meeting the different people who close with her and appreciates and strives for customer satisfaction. In her spare time, she enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with family and friends. 

Cheryl owns and operates a bee apiary, which is a family tradition. She would like to swap places with her senior-year-of-high-school self for a day and follows the old adage "You never get a second chance to make a first impression."

Sheri enjoys the fact that there's usually lots of laughter filling our office, and she is proud when the team can turn a job around in one day. When not working, Sheri likes to spend time traveling, gardening, and reading. 

Having once bungee jumped off a hot air balloon in Boulder, Colorado, Sheri would most like to swap places with a National Geographic photographer for a day: "You could travel and photograph the incredibly beautiful world we live in."
